Monday Musings - Rainbow RaRa

I'm STILL in the mood for vivacious colours today. I think that mojito & caramel pannacota dessert I had last night must have been *reaaaally* good, LOL. Nothing like some good (& strong!) spirits & sinfully rich and sweet dessert to send the senses to a higher state of bliss... which today for me, translates into rainbow heaven :-P
